POSITION SUMMARY

Strategies for Wealth Management is looking for licensed Insurance Sales Representatives to join our high performing team. Sales Representatives will be tasked with following up on leads who engage in Strategies for Wealth Management’s products and convert them into customers. Duties will include reaching out to potential clients via warm leads. Previous experience working within a sales environment is highly preferred. Passion for retirement income planning is a must!

OBJECTIVES

  • Maximize sales opportunities by following up with warm leads
  • Represent Strategies for Wealth Management professionally by increasing brand awareness and becoming an expert in our industry
  • Ensure a positive and high-quality customer experience throughout all interactions
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
  • Participate in continuous training opportunities to hone your craft and build leadership skills
  • Ensure that you meet daily KPI’s and monthly/quarterly sales targets

COMPETENCIES

  • At least two years of CRM experience is highly preferred
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Employee(s) must possess an active Life and Health insurance license
  • Experience utilizing Zoom is a must
  • Experience with having one-on-one appointments with clients is highly preferred

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • GED or High School diploma preferred
  • Some experience working within a sales environment is a must

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle
  • Comfortable with sitting for long periods

Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
